my suggestion is contact your own or your spouses treatment providers, they will explain to you what it is

that said in general DDJ is not a dissociative disorder it is psychosis disorder where a person has delusions, hallucinations and can get very paranoid if the one they love has any contact with others of the preferred sex. some people with schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, schizo affective disorder and other psychotic disorders have this.

sometimes when members dont understand what the poster is looking for they look at the letters to see if they can guess what the letters mean for example sometimes the letters DD means dissociative disorder, but the way diagnostics now work a person no longer gets a diagnosis of DD in america. they get an actual disorder name now (you can see what america has for dissociation disorders in the link at the bottom of my post. that may give you an idea if your treatment providers meant a dissociative disorder and possibly which one, non of the disorders have a J in it but children can get diagnosed with them (here in america J means a child under the age of 18, Im guessing your spouse is 18 or older. so if he has a dissociation problem he would not have a J in the name of the disorder)
