Freewill! I'm sorry you are experiencing this. It is awful!
When I went off Xanax, after taking it for several years, when my prescription ran out, and my doctor was not willing to fill it again, I pretty much did cold turkey. I had severe anxiety combined with pain and tingling in my hands and feet. I had to just go to bed for several days, and I never want to go thru that again. I hope you can withstand what you're going thru.
