I have an industrial piercing in my upper ear; silver. I have clear balls but the bar is still visible. I have an internship interview this afternoon. Should I take it out or would my pearls in my lower ear be fine with the bar?

I feel like I should take it out, but it would be the first time I have gone without it since I literally got it pierced. And I just stretched it up a gauge.
