i've had 3 docs try to put me on Statins. i'm seriously diabetic, and have pulmonary hypertension. they are idiots. i actually took them from the first doc, knowing nuthin',, and got sick as a dog.

the last time my BP was soo high even i was impressed,, i told the doc i'd take care of it myself. i did. using the binaural beats sound tracks, and meditation, i lowered my blood pressure by 50/30 in 30 days. man, was that doc mad~!
