I am not on any meds so far cause I fear them aswell 😒

My pdoc knows about that I am seeking for reassurance ! I also talked to a therapist from a special hospital for early signs of psychosis ! He said that he can't talk to me anymore cause this would just feed my ice and anxiety ! I have to learn to deal with it ... It's just so hard 😒
