I agree a Therapist would be helpful. You just have to want to make changes and improve your life.
I will say this.. I think your online activities with men is only making you feel worse about yourself..
My advice ... Drasticially limit your internet time, Go out and look for a job so that you can make plans to move out of your Moms house as she triggers you alot , according to your threads
The first step is usually the hardest.. but very well worth it in the long run
