I don't know why, but often late at night, I am exhausted from the day, and yet I have no desire to sleep. I am tired, I feel tired, but I don't want to sleep. It is very stressful and I think it is affecting my preformance. I often end up falling asleep anywhere from 11:30pm to 12:30am. Due to my early bus, I have to wake up at 5:45, or I will miss my bus. Does anyone have any ideas on how to help?
Also, I know this isn't a dream, but this was the only place to post stuff about sleep.
