The Orlando shooting has me filled with grief tonight. I had been doing OK up until today. It is not primarily the tragedy but the event plus all of the negative conversation exploding around it. Politics, Trump, gun control, anti-Muslim stuff really upsets me, people saying the victims deserved it, the political hypocrisy, the people calling out the political hypocrisy, SHUT UP already and let people grieve for the victims for a microsecond.

I was dealing with it and tonight another news report just triggered a lot of grief and I'm alone here and having trouble coping with it.
