My advice ... Drasticially limit your internet time, Go out and look for a job so that you can make plans to move out of your Moms house as she triggers you alot , according to your threads

Yeah i am seeing a psychologist and she's given me lots of groundinğ technics for my anxiety and dissociation which seems to be the things that are stopping me from improving.
