And also, my step kids are usually here Sunday through Tuesday. I don't want to be a puking, shitting mess in front of them. Honestly, I'm a baby. I don't know if I have it in me to do It cold turkey. But what should I do?!

And for those of you that quit with the help of subs, good for you since subs are made to be OD proof. Good for you. But I'm telling you now, unless you plan on having your script for the entire remainder of your whole life, you're in for a world of **** in the long run!

You should really try Kratom. Its a safe way to help ease your Dt's from subs without getting hooked on another pill trying to come off of it. Its hard to misuse because it will just make you sick and you don't get a stronger buzz from taking more, so it would be ideal for an addict to ease off of subs with. It can be expensive, but if you are using small amounts to ease withdrawal, a little bit should go a long way.

I am all about natural supplements since I stopped using and kratom is excellent for pain relief. Because it stimulates the mu-opiod receptors in your brain, it will definitely help withdrawal.

Good luck in your quest to stop using suboxone. It was hell for me to come off of also. The docs never tell you how hard it is to stop once you are on it. I was on 24 mg. A day for 2 years, so when I quit cold turkey I thought I would never feel better again, but I did. It just takes time.
