Well, it sounds like you have good reason to do EEG and MRI, but yeah.. it won't reveal anything about ADHD sadly.
Do you think you had ADHD symptoms before the accidents? If you did, make sure to bring it up with the doctors before the tests so that they don't try to blame your attention/concentration issues entirely on your accidents.
Also, I guess it doesn't really matter if you have ADHD. If you've got some neurological condition that causes ADHD-like symptoms, maybe ADHD medication will help.
Sometimes you have to focus more on the symptoms than the label.
