First off, do your best to love yourself and accept who you are, unconditionally. Therapy can help a lot towards this goal.
Second, being in a relationship is definitely possible for you. You need someone that accepts you for who you are - including your illness.
My partner and I both have bipolar disorder and we often get depressed and usually not at the same time. We simply love each other unconditionally and know that we have each other and brighter days are ahead.
