okay- so perhaps that thread title's not a good one (but it's what i could think of at the time)
what i want to know is what foods do you eat that you wish you could stop- that contribue the most to your overeating disorder.
for example, for me it's takeout meals- if i didn't have 3 or 4 takeouts a week, my overeating would probably be a little better (not 100 percent, i'd still eat cookies and chips) but it would be better- takeout meals make up a large part of my daily overeating
do you get what i mean.. what about you guys
