well, ok..good...i'm glad to hear positive responses.
my point is, do you just post about your particular feelings and then wake up and live it all over again, or do you take action, real action to make things change in your life.
maybe you need to leave home and move out, maybe you need a change of meds, maybe you need a new job or career...but all those things take action...not wishful thinking.
i have my problems (or i wouldn't be here) but i strive every day to solve them and i just wondered if depression can be helped in a similar way.
