Nah, the highest dose a doc will prescribe is 60mg per day. I was on that dose for quite awhile, and it turned me into a horrible nasty person. 30mg is simply the highest single pill dosage, so likely it may have been an insurance issue for Ohio. I've also taken IR to supplement 30mg single daily dose -- that said, there's no NEED to take anything more than 30mg.
