You keep saying he is this or that but you don't really know who and what he/she is. Could be inmate. They have access to Internet and have plenty of time on their hand.

Do you know that scammers and criminals steal picture of pleasantly looking trustworthy people of hacked Facebook accounts and these people also are victims of scam/ identity theft? This pleasant looking man might be a victim as well as his picture was likely stolen.
