Finances STILL haven't been sorted with my divorce!

Spoke to ex tonight and he said he's losing his job at the end of the year. Says this all the time. Apparently due to this he needs more from the house etc?

I smell bull crap

Surely everything is based on the here and now, not the situation in 6 months time?
