Hello EV. I am sorry that you are struggling at this time. Have you tried to take a notebook with you to therapy, so when you cant speak you can write down what you are trying to say when you are Gagged off from speaking and communicating with your therapist. It helps when you cant speak to write things down in therapy in a notebook so you dont have to feel that your therapy session was not going well or that you left therapy without getting the help you need .Taking a notebook is also good to write things down that your therapist may recommend in therapy for your recovery. You can always call your therapist and talk to her at this time regarding what you could not tell your therapist the other day at your regular session. Take care (((EV))).
