I think we all need to be pro-active in seeking out the right fit/type of support that will help us to move forward. Sounds like this particular agency is either unable or unwilling to provide the support you need right now. Try not to get bogged down in blame or anger…but research other agencies or support networks that will assist you in moving toward your life goals.
