Okay the corporate trainer who has professed his love, and all kind of other things. Is not just playing me for the gullible fool of the week. He really is seriously interested in me. Damn.

I found this out because when the next group came out to shadow, no one was introduced to my supervisor the way I was introduced. Our group received a card, letting us know that the first few weeks are tougher, hang in there, it gets better. Never before done (per my co-worker whose been there over a year).

His birthday occurred while we were in training, over the weekend. I got him a card and was planning to have the group sign it, but just didn't get it done. Well last Friday about 2 weeks late, since I had his name on the card already I slipped it under his office door. I felt an energy shift. It was generic nothing like my usual card. I wrote on it, better late than never, right?

I just honestly couldn't believe he was really serious. Now I know he is, I won't be socializing as much with people who obviously give him a complex. I'll be a bit more aware of my interactions.
