Taking long walks with a good friend of mine. I'm fortunate to live near the ocean so I walk on or near it or around a beautiful pond over here with egrets and great blue herons. It helps to talk while walking. Helps with anxiety especially. If I'm depressed it temporarily lifts my mood slightly, but it's something.

The last time I was hypo/manic I didn't live anywhere near nature (in a big city), so I don't know if and how it might help me in that state, though after a while like that I desperately feel like I need to move around, I feel like I have bugs crawling around inside of me, very agitated, moving around/walking (wherever) may help a bit.

Watching sea otters in their natural habitat (as opposed to on a live cam from the aquarium, which I also like), I love them, they're so chill and adorable!

So walking in nature and sea otters, sorry -two things!
