The last time I was hypo/manic I didn't live anywhere near nature (in a big city), so I don't know if and how it might help me in that state, though after a while like that I desperately feel like I need to move around, I feel like I have bugs crawling around inside of me, very agitated, moving around/walking (wherever) may help a bit.
Watching sea otters in their natural habitat (as opposed to on a live cam from the aquarium, which I also like), I love them, they're so chill and adorable!
So walking in nature and sea otters, sorry -two things!

That sounds awesome!
I love the ocean. I live very close to it too, except I'm on the east coast.
I agree that sea otters are fun to watch. In general, I just love going to the local aquarium here to watch all the sea animals and fish. I also like watching walruses and penguins. Penguins are so cool!
