I'm freaking out myself because this hormone-suppressant shot seems to be giving me chronic panic attacks and they just will not stop. And I do not want to get in the habit of using Xanax. Or go back to the ER.

So my plan is to pace around the apartment for the wee hours, irritating junior cat and no doubt the downstairs neighbors.
