I find hash is more effective, Makes me tired all the time. Which is a good thing in my books. But when i stop smoking i start to become unstable. When i don't smoke i think i am the best at everything, Think i'm invincible etc & Lose a lot of weight. Last time i stopped smoking i was walking everywhere i went, Not eating & not sleeping. I also walked across the wall of a very high bridge because i thought i couldn't die. So yeah, Hash is the only thing i need to control my symptoms.
