I'm currently in the process of reading this. It has been a very good source of explaining trauma and the differences it makes in how the brain processes it when it happened, and how it is still impacting my life and why.

It is written very well and in language that I can understand.

What is your opinion of it? I wonder if enough people have read it to start a thread about their insights and opinions?
