That is not factual. Back in the 70's I went to a Doobie Brothers concert in the coliseum at WVU and as soon as the lights dimmed people started lighting their joints and a huge cloud of smoke was visible rising from the floor. That was my first experience with weed. It was so bad that I still had a sore throat the day after the concert.
