Carbs! I rarely feel full unless I have them and when I do I over do them. I rarely get take away but some of the easy homemade meals to make - like pizza,burgers, burritos, pie & chips etc gets on the rotation every week. I have been trying to eat more curries, asian salads and stir frys that use vermicelli noodles with lots of vegs/salad but it comes down to effort and motivation to get that done. I am so tired all of the time and I often cook to keep the others in my household happy who are not over-eaters and can manage the carb love unlike myself
I have been trying to exercise more as the lack of is also a big problem for me
