My dx is adult add, so i can't wait to do a million things every day. But impulsivity goes along with it, perhaps its why i even posted this topic in the first place.
I read this about attitude:
"The longer I live, the more I realized the impact of attitude on life. Attitude to me, is more important than the past, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do.
The remarkable thing is, we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day.
I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.
And so it is with you..we are in charge of our attitudes."
(i forgot who wrote it, sorry)
That inspires me and I was hoping it would some others as well.
(note to mystry: you said "since being here I have reached out...found a Tdoc and been to sessions with others."...that is a perfect example of what I mean by wanting to get better...good for you)
