I tried out the Genilax app today. I played it through the earphones on my phone, and turned it down so low I could barely hear it. Doing some work at my computer. For me, my fingers and toes tingled, like they do when I'm in "alert" mode before I dissociate. My feet were sweating too. Really different. Not sure if that was good or bad. ?

I also found this information about the alpha-theta training. It is still intriguing me. I don't understand how you can actually "control" your brain waves.

I guess our bodies and minds learn to do things automatically over time - this would be in that same category I would assume. Like driving a car, or dodging a ball thrown at you.
