I am sleeping okay at this point but my energy has sky rocketed. I went from barely able to walk a mile and a half due to an injured back to walking as much as four miles a day, swimming 60 to 90 min a day and using the elyptical for 30 min. This progress has been within a matter of a week. I did start at a new gym which has me excited though. So msybe it is okay. If I am starting an episode, how do I stop it before it starts cause sleep issues?
