I know how you feel. I always feel like a total idiot and can never remember all the meds I have taken. I finally just put an entire list together and stored it in my cell phone.

My pharmacy's website has my prescriptions on file going back about 2 years. Because of this, I was able to get dosages and dates together. Everything before that I had to do by memory.

I pulled up the list and handed over my cell phone to the last doctor I saw. He commented on how helpful it was that I had it all ready for him.
