I haven't talked to you that I know before, but I don't mind a "Down" post, In fact I've considered my "Down" posts accomplishments in overcoming my fears. I bet if you are still around you can still make it over there and make some excuse about a cancelation or some such. Most volunteer run places want people when it works for the volunteers, I bet. If today isn't your day to do this no biggy set a new day and go then. Rooting for ya.~Down
