I wonder if the death penalty is ever justified? I wonder what it would take for it to be justified? I wonder if it costs too much to put somebody to death? I wonder how many innocent people died that were executed? With the lack of evidence that convicted person will stop continued illegal behavior of doing the same thing-is it still justified in doing it? ..................
