I know it might seem corny, but have you tried drawing or coloring or other activities? Doing something creative might help distract your mind. I know depression will make you think things like "what's the point?". But try to fight that negative thinking, hard as it may be. I was inpatient not that long ago and did some activities that helped temporarily distract my mind. I'm no writer, but I did write a few poems that helped me express my feelings. Though you may not feel it at the moment, you're life is worth living! Wishing you the best!!!
