When Invega first came out my insurance didn't cover it because it was so new. Thankfully my Pdoc kept ordering sample for me. She did that for about a year and a half, until insurance started covering it. I've heard you can also get your Pdoc to write a letter to the insurance company saying you've tried everything else and this is the only thing that might work. Then insurance will cover it under special circumstances.
