My psychiatrist recommended time off and an outpatient program, but I'm having a hard time figuring out how I would swing it financially. Any advice from those who've done it?

I was in a similar situation last year. Can you take FMLA and do you have short term disability or vacation/sick time you can use up? At worst a 401k you can dip into? That got me through 3 months including the outpatient program. I ended up leaving the position and was able to collect unemployment, too. That gave me enough time to sort of recover...sort of...and enough money to make it through.
