I looked at it like expressing a general idea (one of about 4 of them that I truly and almost without exception believe) that one has choices one can make and no one needs let another turn them into a victim. I am very big on choice. I was not telling anyone they were doing the right or wrong thing - I was saying what I would do.

Also - my person changes her oncology appointments all the time to fit both our schedules and they always can make it work within about a week- it has happened so much that now they ask ahead of time and they also have in the chart not to set it at a couple of times.
