The purpose of my post is that I see many people who have struggled with addition use Google and self medicate. Wasn't that part of the original problem taking medication other than prescribed? I understand that healthcare is expensive but I think that part of the healing is learning to take medication and supplements only as directed. Just my two cents.


Very true, many people do not realize that addiction is a form of self medication.

I had to do it cold turkey also. There is something about going through that hell that makes a person strong...strong enough to to get clean and stay clean. Congratulations to your daughter for overcoming addiction. It's hard but it can be done with A LOT of hard work. [emoji1374][emoji846]
