I have a vacation coming up soon that I'm hoping I can use to recover/refresh/revive, but my fear is that I will come back to the same world and stresses and fall back into the same moods and patterns.
Dipping into my 401K isn't a bad idea. If you leave the position due to disability, can you collect unemployment? I always thought you could only collect if you were fired.
Thanks for sharing, though. It's helpful to feel less alone in this.
