A reality show would trigger mania for me fast. Not enough down-time, too much time with people watching.
Do you find you are more suspicious (not just paranoid) than other people? (Like I read something someone posted on facebook I'm pretty sure isn't true and I'll spend time trying to track down the truth because it bothers me to wonder.)
