I can't offer much advice, but...

you can always keep risperdal PRN for when you get hallucinations, paranoia, etc.. At least that's what I would do if I were trying out different APs. But don't mix risperdal with another medication without your doctor's consent. You should tell your pdoc that you want risperdal PRN.
