I took Seroquel (Quetiapine) back in the 90s along with an antidepressant. I didn't stay on it long as the side effects were too much for me. It made me really tired and kind of retarded while I was on it.

It didn't help with my depression and neither did the Effexor I was taking with it.

I know one person that takes it that does good on it but he has some side effects he's willing to live with.
