A discussion with a friend who has asthma really made me think today.

I recall having bronchitis and how much better albuterol inhalers made me feel at that time. It struck me that COPD is a possible future for us smokers. The thought of relying on bronchiodilators to not feel exhausted and like the room has no air ... ugh, maybe it's time to quit these deathsticks for good. Why am I wasting time and money depriving myself of oxygen? What is that doing to my overall vitality and ability to think?? I got along just fine for 23 years without "needing" a cigarette. What the blazes am I doing!?
