Who am I that I should be so blessed to have a son like mine? I'm talking about the oldest one, David. If it wasn't that he looks so much like me, I'd say my kid got switched at birth. LOL
Talked to him this morning about some money matters that I needed help with. Told him that I needed to see him at his convenience. He took care of my problem and he said he'd see me after this Friday, sometime, because he was flying to New York from Los Angeles on Wednesday. "What for?" I asked. He said that he and his partner had been contacted by AOL to do some upgrades. HUH? AOL? "Yes." he said. They had submitted one proposal that was 100 pages long and now AOL wanted to talk to him and his partner... in New York!

Talk about an out of body experience!! Who was I talking to? My kid? MY kid? Surely not!
"Mom!" he said and brought me back to earth. He thought it was hilarious that I was stunned. It's no secret that he's succesful, but New York? AOL? Half a million dollar contract? GOOD LORD!! No, I'm not taking God's name in vain. He truly is good!
Hope you guys don't think I'm posting this just to brag... Ok, well... maybe just a little, but really... I feel spacey when I think about it... and I'm thinking about it quite a bit! I'm even worrying about him making that long flight! Ten hours my baby is going to be in the air. Oh nooooooo...

My baby? MY baby? Oh, Gawd... somebody pinch me!!
