I have been going through depression cycle for months. I have had a very much improved couple of weeks. I thought I had come out of the depression but I am starting to feel unwell again as in low mood.
Is it common for this to happen I was hoping to be back to baseline. I had my high cycle also and ended in hospital and then have been depressed for months.
