Agreed. They're called hypnopompic hallucinations (the "just before sleep" equivalent is hypnogogic hallucinations). They are nothing to worry about and common even with those who have no MI. I've never experienced getting sick with hypo. Could it be from discontinuing the AD? The hypersexuality is a common symptom. Your other symptoms are too, so it does sound like it might be. Are you continuing to have them?
