Usually, especially at work, I tend to feel much better after lunch. But I also feel much better after breakfast. What makes me feel better from breakfast is Cheerios (but it's the Trader Joe's brand). The depression I feel is really bad before breakfast. Eggs are supposed to help, also.
There are times when I get dreaded feelings just before lunch. But then I would have lunch and I would feel better. Almost anything I have for lunch makes me feel better. Having an apple (which was on the list) after lunch helps a whole lot. The lunch item that can be bad is pizza from one of those take out places. Sometimes they would have pizza lunches at where I work. But the leftover pizza I would have from home is alright.
I always feel better after dinner. But that's because it's nighttime and the day is over with; and nothing bad had happened.
