Dressing up, doing my makeup, and going to a nice restaurant (it always makes me feel so pampered and glamorous). Eating or drinking something decadent. When I exercise several days in a row and get good sleep, too. When I read or watch something that just makes me feel so connected to the beauty of life. When I pray and I feel connected to God. When I'm laughing.
