APs can cause it too according to my dentist.
Apparently they make mouthguards now that just fit over the front teeth and aren't as bothersome. I'm not paying $300 for one though. (My dentist offered me a free one when they were new to him and I declined.Stupid).
BP is about as hard on my teeth as it is my brain.
