Again I will offer you the same advice as before.

Drastically decrease the amount of time you spend online and change your settings on Facebook so no one can send you this nonsense and/ Or just take a couple weeks or a month away from Facebook .. Social media can only hurt you if YOU allow it too.

You and only you can make changes in your life to stop this and sending you into a rage...

One thing I will say is your use of cursing ... It happens when you are angry.... I get that .. But , Try searching for words that explain your anger .. It often helps you bring your anger and irritation into a calmer situation where you might be able to think about your actions and how best to help yourself aquire coping skills, instead of this wash rinse repeat reactions.
